Sound News Talking Newspaper |
Do you live in the Milton Keynes area and have trouble reading newsprint? Every week Sound News brings its blind and partially-sighted listeners the same local news as other readers enjoy. So Sound News listeners keep as up to date with local affairs as do their families and friends.
We record an hour of news from the local papers every Thursday evening, then copy and distribute around 100 USB memory sticks to arrive on Saturday morning. A digital version is also available via the internet and the British Wireless for the Blind (BWBF) app. |

We are a registered charity run by volunteers and the service we provide is completely free. If you think you would like to receive Sound News, please click "Contact us" for details.
